Your Host - Demi Oluwasina

Demilade is a creative facilitator and a Certified Learning and Development Specialist with close to 15 years of experience designing, facilitating and managing learning programmes in Higher Education as well as corporate environments.
He has worked in multiple countries across Africa, The U.S., UK and Asia, where he has served organisations including The African Leadership University, The Bank of Kigali, The UNCTAD, The University of Nebraska, Entrepreneur Solutions Partners, Readycon UK, The Alibaba Business School among other cutting edge organizations.

He is the Learning and Development Advisor for the world’s leading personal training company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom where he champions and delivers learning initiatives for nurturing a thriving workforce. He also serves as an Adjunct Faculty for Doing Business in Africa at the Africa Business School and as the Curriculum Development Lead for The Magnet Institute, a Middle Manager Training Institute. He is a Conference host, Keynote Speaker and Panelist.
