Demilade Oluwasina is a Learning Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Future of Work Consultant.
He is a Professional Facilitator, Trainer, and Coach with over 12 years of experience in Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Project Management, Marketing, Learning Design, Higher Education, Corporate Education, and the Digital Economy.
As an educator, he has served as Faculty and led a number of programs/initiatives at the African Leadership University (ALU) in Rwanda for more than 5 years At the institution, he initiated and led the Digital Economy Program including a collaboration with the Alibaba Business School where he led his team to win the award of The Leading Institution of Digital Entrepreneurship for the institution at the Global Digital Entrepreneurship Challenge. He is also an Adjunct Faculty Member for the Doing Business in Africa Course with the Africa Business School, Morocco.
He served as an Entrepreneurship Coach with the Innovation Creation Studios and is a mentor with Founder Institute. He has consulted for, trained, and collaborated with local and international Institutions including Africa Business School, UNCTAD, University of Lincoln-Nebraska, Rwanda Institute of Conservation Agriculture, and more. As a Learning Innovation Advisor, he has co-led and advised on projects such as the Universities Partnership Exchange Initiative (Sponsored by the US Embassy), and the Leadership in Higher Education Program. He helped to create a toolkit for Entrepreneurship Programming for a new University in Rwanda.
He is the founder of Planbpreneur (www.planbpreneur.com), an entrepreneurial pathways platform for the Future of work, and Learnible Global (www.learnibleglobal.com), a learning innovation consultancy. He is the host and convener of the Learning Excellence and Innovation Conference (LEXICON) Africa and author of the Planbpreneur Book.
