My experience of close to 15 years working in a diversity of learning programs and taking on multiple roles around learning and development position me adequately to provide insights, advice and support to learning projects that are designed for impact and results. I am able to provide advise and insights on best practices as well as contexts where relevant.
Having led and being part of several successful learning project teams, I bring my project management training and expertise to conceptualizing, planning for, delivering, monitoring and evaluating learning projects.
I help ensure that projects deliver on their desired outcomes within the constraints that are guiding execution of the same.

University Partnerships Exchange Program
I served as a co-lead, facilitator, advisor and coach for Higher Education Institution leaders in a capacity building program sponsored by the U.S. Bureau for Africa Affairs. I helped to design and deliver sessions, facilitate experiential learning, serve as a coach for the leaders in the program while providing advice to the key project stakeholders. The program included building key relationships between African Educational Leaders and U.S. counterparts and stakeholders.
Leadership In Higher Education Program
I contributed to leadership development for educators within a new University through facilitated sessions and coaching/feedback.
Along these lines, I have curated workshops, conferences and learning sessions providing advice to learning innovation stakeholders.
